Why you may have heard from us
We manufacture and supply GRP (glass-reinforced polyester) roofing materials. From time to time a named member of our team writes to a UK roofing or building business, individually, to introduce those materials. Every such email is written for one business, approved and sent by a person, and carries a working one-click unsubscribe link and this notice.

We do not buy lists. We do not hold special-category data, consumer data or financial data about you for this purpose.
Our lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): introducing relevant materials to trade businesses whose work uses them. We have carried out and recorded a legitimate interests assessment. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations we email corporate subscribers only — limited companies, PLCs and LLPs identified on the Companies House register. We do not send marketing email to sole traders, ordinary partnerships or consumers on this basis.
How we work
- Each email is drafted for your business using the public information above. Automated drafting tools assist with wording; a named person reads, approves and sends every message from a company mailbox.
- We send a small number of emails per day and at most one email to any company per week.
- A reply, an unsubscribe click, a phone call or any other objection stops further marketing email permanently.
- We never contact a business solely because it appears to be in financial difficulty.
Who else sees the data
Our outreach records are held in our own systems, hosted for us in the European Union (Supabase, Ireland). Emails are sent from Google Workspace. Drafting assistance uses the Anthropic API under a data processing agreement; no email address is shared with it beyond what is needed to write to your business. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
If we have not contacted your business within 12 months of collecting its details, we delete or anonymise them. If we have written to you, we keep the record of what was sent and any reply for as long as needed to show we acted lawfully. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep the minimum needed to honour that request indefinitely — deleting it would break the promise.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to direct marketing at any time — we will always stop. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply to the sender, email nick@premiercomposites.com or telephone the works. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Our online trade counter at premiercomposites.shop has its own privacy and cookie notice.
